The traditional ways of checking benefit coverage is time consuming and often leads to inaccurate coverage information.  This is why, ExtraDent developed the Benefit Assistant (BA) program.  The goal of BA is to provide a complete benefit breakdown for the practice so that they can focus on their patients.

The office simply selects the patients they want benefits for and clicks send.  We then contact the insurance company on behalf of the office and return the completed benefit breakdown sheet to the practice or will enter it directly into the software.
